Assisting Airlines with start-up procedures

 

Governmental liaison (Ministry of Civil Aviation Bureau of Civil Aviation, Director General of Civil Aviation, Airports Authority of India, Airport Owners, Security oversight and service level monitoring.

 

The Scope involves : 

• Representing the Carrier as the single point of contact in India.

  

• Assistance/liaisoning in obtaining :

• Air Operating Permit/IATA schedule Approval (Landing/Overly) from Director General of Civil Aviation.

• Assistance in Security Program approvals from Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, locating appropriate CSO.

• Commercial negotiations (Ground Handling, Catering, Aircraft Security etc.)

 

• Advisory through a specialized panel for mandatory requirements, Registrations and Tax/Financial compliances for scheduled carriers.

• Representing the Carrier to appropriate authorities and attending all such meetings of briefings as called upon by the appropriate authorities with due reporting and briefs to the principal carrier.

 

• Ensuring that you have a voice in the overall operation of the airport, we will represent you in the Airline Operators Committee and User Committee.
